Overview of the Site.

The Site is available to individuals seeking information concerning us and our business operations. You also may use the Site to contact us with inquiries about our company or the information on the Site.

Collection and Use of Information.

We collect and retain two types of information: (i) personal information that individual visitors voluntarily provide and (ii) anonymous tracking data, which is automatically collected from every visitor and recorded in our log files.

The only personally identifiable information about you that we collect is information that you voluntarily provide to us through the Site. Additionally, you can also request information about us through the “contact us” sections of the Site. When you provide personally identifiable information to us through any of these, or any other, means, we will use such personally identifiable information to respond to your requests and inquiries regarding our business operations. We may also use your personally identifiable information to send you information about opportunities that we think might interest you.

Generally, we do not share the personally identifiable information collected through the Site with third parties unless we have obtained your prior permission. However, we may share this information with affiliates and with agents and contractors that assist us in administering the Site and in liaising with you on our behalf, in response to legal process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it (for example, in response to a court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency’s request) or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property and safety of the Site, users of the Site and others.

We also collect certain non-personally identifiable information in anonymous and/or aggregate form for statistical purposes, such as tracking the total number of visits to our Site and the number of visitors to each page of our Site. We use this information to understand how visitors use the Site so that we may improve it. We may also share this anonymous and/or aggregate information with our affiliates and third parties.

We may place hypertext links on the Site that connect to third party websites. We have no control over these linked sites or their content. Your use of such linked sites will be subject to such sites’ terms of use and privacy policies and not ours, so be sure to read them before using such sites or transmitting any information to such sites.

Transfer of Information to Third Parties Upon a Sale or Change of Control.

We retain the right to transfer and assign all personally identifiable information or information retained on log files pursuant to a merger, sale, reorganization, purchase or other transaction relating to us, our related companies or our assets if the assignee or purchaser agrees to abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
